Spirituality

At our school, spirituality is woven through every aspect of school life and underpins our vision of helping everyone to flourish and live life in all its fullness. Spiritual development is not confined to specific lessons or collective worship; it is nurtured through everyday experiences, relationships, learning opportunities and moments of reflection.

We recognise that spirituality is unique to each individual. Through a rich and diverse curriculum, collective worship, outdoor learning, creative opportunities and meaningful connections with others, we encourage children and adults to develop a sense of awe and wonder, explore life's big questions, reflect on their own experiences and consider their place in the wider world.

As a school, we use the Mirrors, Windows, Doors and Candles approach to support spiritual development and provide a shared language for reflection and growth.
